Thoughts and Reflections

Judy Chicago - The Dinner Party

39 settings for historical + mythical women

As soon as we were told about 'The Dinner Party' I immediately thought of Caryl Churchill's 'Top Girls', where at the beginning of the play, the main character; Marlene, hosts a dinner party to celebrate her upcoming promotion and invites iconic women from history.  I studied the play in my A-Level English Literature classes.
